It was incredible to participate to this conference (Empowering Women in Organic Chemistry). Inspirational speakers, excellent organisation and unparalleled participation of the audience. Very unusual to have an audience which is 90% female! Working together to make a difference is very important and I liked particularly that there were virtually no stereotypes but it was practical and pragmatic. Very nice to see how other colleagues feel about the gender balance issue and the leaky pipeline.
